Click "Sign up" at the top of the page. You need a valid email address, a username, and a password of at least 8 characters. Registration is free.
For now, contact our support team by WhatsApp or email and we'll help you recover access. Automatic password recovery by email will be enabled soon.
Yes, you can update your email from the Account Settings section. For security, you will be asked to enter your current password.
Go to Account Settings and look for the "Delete account" option. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have active listings, they will also be deleted.
Listings
Posting on TrocaMarket is completely free. You can create as many listings as you need at no cost.
Listings stay active for 60 days. After that, the listing expires automatically. You can renew it from "My listings".
You can upload up to 6 images per listing. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF. Maximum size is 5 MB per image.
Yes, you can edit the title, description, price, images, and other details at any time from "My listings".
In "My listings" you'll find "Pause" and "Activate" options in the actions menu of each listing. When paused, your listing is temporarily hidden from public view.
Contact between users
On each listing's detail page you'll find buttons to contact by WhatsApp (if the poster provided their number) or to send an internal message through the site's messaging system.
The messaging system lets you communicate privately with other users. Access your inbox from "Messages" in the main menu.
No. We are an intermediary that connects buyers and sellers. We do not participate in or guarantee any transaction. We recommend meeting in public places and verifying the identity of the other user.
Safety
Be wary of offers that seem too good to be true. Don't make advance payments without having seen the product. Prefer meeting in public places. If you suspect fraud, use the "Report listing" button.
On each listing's detail page you'll find the "Report listing" link. Our team will review the report promptly.
