• Weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, or controlled substances.
• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually exploitative content.
• False, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Spam, duplicate listings, or irrelevant content.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in removal of the listing and permanent suspension of the account.

6. Limitation of liability

TrocaMarket shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from transactions between users.
• The accuracy, quality, or safety of content posted by third parties.
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure.
• Loss of data or damages resulting from use of the Site.
